Cashew-nut Paste

Cashew nut is used in many Indian gravies those are rich in taste. Here we are describing the method to make this paste at home. Extremely simple to follow and make.

Ingredients –

  • Few Cashewnuts
  • Water

Procedure –

  • Take some broken cashew-nuts.
  • Cook them in boiled water for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from water.
  • Run through cold water.
  • Grind it with some water (or milk) to make a fine paste.
  • And you are done.
