Veg Hakka Noodles

Ingredients –

  • Noodles – 200 gms 
  • Water – to boil noodles
  • Cabbage – 1 cup (shredded)
  • Carrot – ½ cup (grated)
  • Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped finely)
  • Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste – ½ tsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Soya sauce – 2 tsp
  • Chili sauce – 2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion greens – ½ cup

Procedure –

  • Boil noodles in water adding salt and 1 tsp oil until 90% done.
  • Heat oil, toss all veggies until soft.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, ajinomoto and mix well. 
  • Check the seasoning. 
  • Add boiled noodles and toss.
  • Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
